- 1 cup Boiled, Chilled Milk approx. 240 ml / 8 fl oz
- 1 tbsp Honey or sugar approx. 15 ml / 0.5 fl oz; I used honey
- ¼ tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 Scoops Vanilla ice cream
Method – Step by Step Pictures
Wash and peel the skin of apple and sapota with a peeler. Chop into cubes and remove the seeds.
In a blender jar, take chopped apple, chikoo pieces, chilled milk, honey, vanilla essence and scoops of ice cream. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the milkshake into tall glasses. Garnish with chopped nuts or caramel sauce if you like and serve immediately.
- Milk choice: Whole milk gives the best creamy texture. For a vegan or dairy-free shake, use chilled oat milk or almond milk and dairy-free ice cream.
- Sweetness: Adjust honey or sugar depending on the natural sweetness of your apples and sapota.
- Serving: Always serve the milkshake immediately after blending to enjoy the fresh texture and avoid apple oxidation.
